It uses PayPal to process the payment through their SSL certificate so it's secure and inexpensive. Paypal doesn't charge to have the account but they do charge a fee of approximately 2.75%-3.3% per transaction. So you don't pay unless someone uses this payment method. You can start accepting all the major credit cards in addition to PayPal payments.
